HireVibes

HireVibes connects job seekers, employers and recruiters on a new job search platform based on the EOS blockchain. HireVibes augments the hiring process by incentivising the crowd to source quality candidates, otherwise known as ‘crowdsourcing’. Each hirer is required to set a reward (minimum 3%). When a hire is made, this reward is split among the successful jobseeker; referral agents; the HireVibes Community; and a charity of the new hires’ choice - creating a positive experience for all parties involved.
