> Transaction failures on EOS/Vaulta are usually caused by one of five things. This guide diagnoses each scenario and provides exact fixes.

## Most Common Transaction Failure Reasons

### 1. Insufficient CPU/NET Resources

EOS requires CPU and NET bandwidth for transactions.

Fix: Rent more Resources.

⚡️ Resources (CPU/NET PowerUp)

### 2. Insufficient RAM

Some operations require RAM storage on-chain.

Fix: Buy RAM at Blocksfinity → Wallet → Buy RAM.

### 3. Authorization Failure

Incorrect key used to sign transaction.

Fix: Verify you're using the correct active key for the account.

### 4. Contract Assertion Failure

The smart contract rejected the transaction.

Fix: Read the error message carefully — it usually contains the specific rule violated.

### 5. Duplicate Transaction

The same transaction was submitted twice.

Fix: Wait 2 minutes and check if the first transaction was processed.
